Honda multi point inspection checklists give service techs and mechanics a quality brand specific form for the customer vehicles in for repair service. These inspection forms are a great way to improve customer satisfaction and generate additional repairs needed.
- Packaged 250 per pack (minimum 500 box for imprinted)
- Form size: 8-1/2" x 11-3/4"
- 2-part snap out form that is carbon-less
- Paper parts are white & canary
- Part 1 printed in full color with part 2 in black ink
- Imprinted version can have up to 4 lines of info and can be printed in either black, red, blue or green ink
