Manufactured from premium colored vinyl, these die-cut decals (also known as weeded decals or pre-spaced decals) remove all excess material so only your logo, lettering, or artwork remains on the vehicle.

Unlike traditional full-background decals, thermal die-cut decals create a factory-installed appearance by displaying only the individual letters and graphics. Available in a wide variety of stock vinyl colors, these decals allow dealerships to coordinate the base material with different vehicle paint colors for maximum visibility. While many customers choose simple one-color lettering, full-color printed logos and graphics can also be applied to these vinyl materials, giving dealerships greater flexibility when matching their branding.

Each decal is custom manufactured from your artwork and can include dealership names, logos, websites, phone numbers, or promotional messaging. Up to 18 picks are included in the standard pricing. (“Picks” refer to the interior portions of letters or artwork that must be removed during production, such as the centers of the letters O, P, A, and R.) If additional picks are required, we’ll provide an updated quote before production begins.

For the best production quality, artwork should maintain a minimum line width of 4 mm. If modifications are needed to meet production standards, we’ll prepare an updated proof showing any recommended changes before manufacturing.
