Full Color Plate Frame Insert.  55mil polyethylene works well in all climates, especially where vehicles have long term exposure to sub-freezing temperatures which has led to fissure cracking around plate screw holes with older polystyrene plastic plate style.  55mil polyethylene has an extremely high tolerance for very cold temperatures.
